Nutrition That’s Right For You, LLC is a Preferred Provider with:

• Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas

• Benefit Management Inc. (BMI)

If you plan to use insurance benefits, please check with your insurance company to see if you have “nutritional services” with a dietitian under procedure code 97802 (nutrition counseling), how many visits are allowed and if a doctor referral is required. 

Self Pay

A credit card will be required to retain your appointment. Payment is due at the time services are rendered. Payment by cash, check, credit card or Health Savings Account (HSA) are accepted. All appointment cancellations must be completed 48 hours in advance. This allows us the ability to release the appointment time to someone on our waiting list. Nutrition That’s Right For, LLC You reserves the right to impose a charge of $50 for late cancellations or no-shows. Emergency reasons will be considered.
